	NOTE: If you request a club caddie, you will be obliged to pay the caddie four times the 18-hole caddie fee (2 practice rounds and 2 rounds of stroke play at $40 per round). If, after indicating your need for a caddie, you subsequently decide to provide your own caddie or carry your own clubs, you must notify the Witch Hollow Golf Shop at (503) 647-2501 by Wednesday, August 2, of your decision not to use a Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club caddie or be liable for the fees for the four rounds. Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club is making every effort to have an adequate caddie pool for the Championship. It is important that you notify us in advance of your caddie needs.
