Its challenging and scenic layout was the site of the 1997 and 2003 U.S. Women's Open and was rated in 2005 in Golf Digest's America's 100 Best Modern Courses. Witch Hollow most recently hosted the 2006 U.S. Women's Amateur.   Hailed as one of the nation's premier semi-private golf courses, Ghost Creek's Robert Cupp-designed layout emulates traditional golf course architecture with gently rolling terrain and a creek that reappears throughout.
